Getting it done over the long haul…

I recently took my son out to dinner in London and we were talking about his university degree in electronic music production. For his coursework he has to compose quite challenging and involved pieces of music, and he was explaining to me that it’s quite challenging because some of the pieces he’s trying to compose are very long. Today we lost a hero…

It’s with great sadness that I’ve just learnt that a hero of mine, Stephen Sutton, has passed away this morning, aged just 19.   Regular readers of this blog will know of his heroic battle with cancer and his selfless desire to spread positivity in the world, even whilst battling against the odds.   His desire was for people to take action and ‘make the most of the 86,400 seconds you have every day’   Amen Stephen – and may you rest…

On April 22nd, Stephen Sutton – the 19 year old who reminds us all to appreciate every single second we have – was rushed to the hospital, suffering a collapsed lung.
