How to WIN the Magic Future Dream Achiever Competition™!

This competition is designed to help you achieve what’s important to you and it can also help you improve the quality of your life by helping you set goals, create powerful habits, envision what you really want in life and move toward achieving your Magic Number®.

You may well find that this is the easiest competition you’ve ever entered. It just requires you do a little each day to move forward in a big way. If you win, you’ll be named a ‘Magic Future Ambassador’ (we will want to hold you up as an example of someone who took action and improved their life) and you’ll have a choice of some incredible prizes. The prizes chosen for this competition are so exciting they’ll be on the wish lists of the most ambitious and successful people in the world.

Without building this up any more, I’m going to tell you exactly HOW TO WIN the competition.

First of all, I want you to know you have as good a chance as anyone to win. You’ll want to stick at it – and not give up. Some who enter won’t do much to compete in the competition – and they won’t win. But that’s not you, is it?

With that in mind, here’s what it takes to achieve your dreams and win…

1.   Get started right away

I want you to take a moment to remember back to your childhood. Just close your eyes for a moment and put yourself back in those little shoes, with that silly hair (maybe that’s just me!) and that great, big imagination. What did you want to be when you grew up?

If you’re anything like me, and I think you probably are if you’re reading this, you already had an answer. You wanted to be a firefighter, or doctor, or astronaut. Someone with the courage to take on the world and beyond, with no fear and no limits.

Children have the amazing ability to see things simply. They believe there are no complicated steps to becoming a doctor. You just go to school, grow up and put on the white coat. That’s because they don’t worry about why they couldn’t do it, only about how they’re going to do it. That’s the magic of courage. And that’s the kind of courage I want you to bring to this competition.

The courage I’m talking about is the courage to look past all the reasons you shouldn’t, can’t or won’t accomplish your goals. You already started down that path when you went to Magic Future to officially register for this competition. Now keep that courage going by logging into your account and choosing the one goal you want to achieve more than anything right now and put it into writing. Capture it in MagicGoals™ so you can work on it and make it a reality.

Don’t hold yourself back with negative thoughts. Just put that one thing you want to change or build into your Magic Future account right now without a second thought.

2.   Plan to succeed

While courage can get the ball rolling, it takes a good plan to give us direction. It’s like building a new piece of furniture. Whether you build the piece yourself or buy a kit at the store, you require the same essential elements: the right tools and the right plan.

Your life goals, unlike a small dresser or workbench, are not part of a prepackaged kit. That means you must develop a plan that works for you to keep you performing the right steps in the right order. Each step then builds upon the last as you work your way toward realizing your goal. Magic Future provides you with the right tools to put your plan into action.

Your next step toward winning this competition is to log into your account at Magic Future, select the goal and use the MagicGoals tool to break it down until you have meaningful actions you can take in the next 90 days. Each task is a step toward accomplishing your primary goal, helping you grow as a person and win this competition.

3.   Make success part of your daily routine

What’s the first thing you do when you get out of bed in the morning? For me, it’s brushing my teeth. This one habit helps wake me up, freshens my breath and prepares me for the rest of my day. It’s my first step toward having a great day.

Over the years we all develop habits that either help or hinder us in different ways. Yet, we hardly ever think about how these habits become part of our routine. The truth is, we often behave without actively considering our actions and repeated actions become engrained for good.

Perhaps our parents taught us to perform certain activities at one time or another and we never questioned why. Then the behavior simply became second nature, rooted in our memories for the rest of our lives. Can you imagine the power you would have if you could effectively control your habits?

We have found that it typically takes only 21 repeat occurrences of an event to form a new habit. That means if you choose to exercise every single day for 21 days, you are programming your mind and body to store daily exercise as a habit (a habit I’ve recently adopted myself!). This is true for both establishing new habits and changing old ones.

With this in mind, think about what sort of habits would help you achieve your goals. At Magic Future, capture your new, productive habits that will make achieving your dreams second nature – and link them to your goals!

4.   Visualize and attack

Humans are visual creatures. We use vision to navigate our everyday lives, but we still marvel at optical illusions and beautiful artwork. Once we visualize something, it affects our emotions and changes our behavior, for better and for worse.

For example, if you were about to compete in a foot race, you might envision yourself as a pro athlete dressed in full uniform, sprinting your heart out. Or if you were about to speak in front of a large group of people, you might envision a mentor or famous spokesperson who inspired you once before. Just this act of envisioning yourself as your target can push you to greater levels of performance. Professional athletes have mastered this technique.

Likewise, envisioning different aspects of your own future may help make them become more realistic and achievable. This is an incredible easy secret that even the most successful business leaders, as well as athletes, are putting to use today by creating Vision Boards.

Magic Future takes this idea a step further by giving you the tools to create a digital Vision Board on your account at www.magicfuture.com. We call this your MagicVision™, and it’s your next step toward winning this competition.

A personal vision keeps you connected to your goals and desired future. You’ll be able to download it to your phone, have it on your computer or print it and have it somewhere prominent that you’ll see regularly. Being connected to your vision helps you stay on track (really helpful when the world sometimes seems to conspire to knock you off course!).

For this step, simply log into your account create an inspiring MagicVision with pictures and captions that help you identify what you want to get as a result of being involved with and achieving your desired future. These can be cars, clothes, places to live, achievements to strive for, or anything that motivates you to succeed.

5.   Keep the magic alive

At a certain point, whether first starting out or years into a career, people tire. Runners call this point ‘hitting the wall’ and it can mean disaster. But it’s also an opportunity for greatness.

If you’ve reached this point, you’re still ahead of plenty of people who chose not to register, chose not to read the rules and chose to quit even before they started. They hit the wall on the first lap and gave up their chances of becoming a Magic Future Ambassador. But you’re here and are ready and motivated to see this through.

With nothing more to create, your final step is simply to login and update your account at Magic Future on a regular basis. Most people will find they want to update things daily (and this certainly keeps the momentum going) but by no means are you obligated to go there every day.

I really encourage you to download our mobile app as this makes staying in touch with your goals and what you need to do so much easier. It will give you a much better chance of winning the competition because you’ll be connected (or as I like to say, you’ll have your Magic Future in your pocket!).

A habit I adopted many years ago is something called my Magic Hour. This is where I take a little bit of time at the beginning of every day to set myself for the day ahead. Part of my routine involves checking into Magic Future, reviewing my goals and taking stock of progress.

By doing these things, you’ll maintain momentum, you’ll see rapid progress in your life, and you’ll enjoy more success and happiness. And that’s what a Magic Future is all about.

Your contest package will consist of the following:

The contest package you’ll submit is pretty simple. It consists of three parts which you’ll complete after you’ve been engaged with Magic Future for a minimum of 90 days. The three parts are:

Part 1: The Ambassador Essay: The competition is very much about Magic Future finding a spokesperson, and ambassador. So in this 700-word or less essay, you’ll tell the judges what you’ve done to show us you’re a good spokesperson, how you got the word out and shared Magic Future with others, how you encouraged others to better their lives by being involved with Magic Future, and how you are and will continue to be a great spokesman for the program. Include things like how you’ve shared the message of Magic Future with your friends and associates, how you’ve inspired others, and how you’ve helped others go to the next level of success.

Part 2: The Magic Future Achievement Essay: In this 700-word or less essay, you’ll tell the judges what you were able to accomplish with the help of Magic Future over the past 90 days. You can be as specific as you wish. For example, what habits did you create, what goals did you achieve, what’s on your Vision Board (you’ll want to submit a copy of your vision board along with your essay. This will give you a chance to show off a bit. You’ll tell how Magic Future has helped improve the quality of your life. Keep in mind that this essay is a significant part of how the winner will be selected, so be as descriptive as possible.

Part 3: The Magic Future Video. You will record and submit a 5-minute (or shorter) video explaining what Magic Future helped you accomplish, and you’ll encourage others to step up and become a part of Magic Future (remember, you’re competing to become the Magic Future Ambassador – so show the judges how you can encourage others to improve their lives through Magic Future too). You can be as creative in your video as you wish to be.

While we do encourage our members to think about what they’re going to say and how they want to tell the story of their success, we don’t expect a professional director to be filming your story. Use whatever equipment makes you feel comfortable and empowered. That may be your home video camera, your laptop cam or your mobile phone. Whatever format you choose, remember to keep it to 5 minutes and have some fun. The most important thing is that you are genuine and yourself.

And it’s as easy as that. We know that many people will enjoy the momentum they get from being in the competition and so we decided that we wouldn’t limit the number of competition entries an individual can make.

You certainly are not obligated to do more than one contest package, but if you want to you can enter as many times as you wish as long as each entry meets all the competition requirements (the period you’re reporting on has to be a minimum of 90 days, with you using Magic Future for that period – and your competition entry needs to be submitted as above).

Here’s what you absolutely should do…

Commit to engaging in Magic Future on an ongoing basis, not just for 90 days. Competition or not, just engaging with Magic Future on a regular and ongoing basis will put you on the right path that leads to success and fulfillment in life. You really should look at Magic Future as a companion to help you for years to come. It’s fun, engaging and brings about positive change for people when used properly. We know it works.

As you engage with Magic Future you’ll see habits form, goals reached, progress made toward your Magic Number, and after 90-day periods you can take a bit of time writing and speaking on video about it. The competition will be like ‘icing on the cake’ to the great results and positive changes going on in your life.

So don’t look at Magic Future as just a 90-day process. Let it become a natural part of your life, with your utilizing it as a tool to help you accomplish all you wish to in life. As you do so, you’ll naturally have plenty to share as part of a contest package after 90 days.

Doesn’t that make sense?

It’s fun!

Since you’ll be engaging with Magic Future on a regular basis, it won’t be like it’s a drudgery of another 90-day competition you have to compete in. No, you’ll have fun because you’ll naturally be making and enjoying progress with the help of Magic Future.

Do this for the competition…but more importantly to change your life!

The competition will be fun and exciting for you, and that’s good. Recognize also that the Magic Future competition will eventually end, but your use of Magic Future on an ongoing basis will be a part of you because it’ll help change your life for the better. So in a sense, ultimately you’re doing the competition as a tool to win a better life. The competition makes it fun and interesting, and it’s a great way for us to find a Magic Future Ambassador.

A couple more tips…
Add Magic Team Members

You can share your goals with others who can help encourage you along the way. You can ask that they hold you accountable, offer guidance and mentorship, help you stay focused, inspire you, cheer you on, and/or keep you honest.

Magic Future’s goal sharing feature is a brilliant little tool to harness the power of community to help you reach your goals. We encourage you to use this feature to increase your chances of winning the competition.  You may already know that sharing goals and reporting to someone you respect weekly increases your chances of achieving them by 77%.

By adding Magic Team Members, you are also helping others become familiar with the benefits of Magic Future, which will help you in your competition entry to show you are a good spokesperson for Magic Future.

What does a Competition Entry Look Like?

It’s easy. Once the 90-days in your competition period have ended, you submit the two essays and your video to: competition@magicfuture.com. You can submit everything electronically, including the two essays and the video. Please make sure your name and contact information is clearly marked on each submission.

Remember, there are only three parts to submit as your entry:

Part 1: The Ambassador Essay
Part 2: The Magic Future Achievement Essay
Part 3: The Magic Future Video

Following are some sample essays to give you an idea of what you can include in yours. Remember, these are just sample essays to give you an idea of what you can do. You can be as creative, fun, serious, or whatever you desire as you want in your essays.

Part 1: The Ambassador Essay – by Jane Doe

I would be honored to be named the Magic Future Ambassador! I know that in order to win this competition, I need to act like an Ambassador and get the word out and show I can be a great spokesperson for Magic Future. So here’s what I did during my contest period:

First of all, since beginning with Magic Future on October 1, 2013, I have been actively engaged in utilizing the program to help improve the quality of my life. As you’ll read in my Achievement Essay, I’ve made some wonderful progress, which I’m very proud of. As a result of my enthusiasm and taking action with Magic Future, I’ve spoken with passion about the program to others, and have shown others some of the potential of Magic Future. In order to be an effective spokesperson, I need to ‘walk my talk’ and that’s why I’ve engaged with Magic Future and let the program help change my life for the better in so many ways!

During the 90 days I’ve done the following to spread the word about Magic Future:

1. I created a Fan Page on Facebook where I have told all of my friends and family about the goals I’ve set, the habits I’ve formed, and I have even shared my MagicVision on the Facebook Page. I update the page often so people have had a reason to visit and comment. Over the course of the 90 days competition I’ve had 242 ‘likes’ on my page. I often encourage others to take advantage of Magic Future’s free trial – to give it a try. It’s fun!

Here’s a link to my Facebook Fan Page: www.DOMAIN.com

2. I created a ‘Help Jane Doe Win the Contest’ blog that I write on at least 3 times a week. I keep my circle updated on what I’m learning from competing in the Magic Future competition. I’ve shared my successes, my failures, my frustrations, my happiness. Over 100 people read my blog on an ongoing basis.

Here’s a link to my ‘Help Jane Doe Win the Contest’ Blog: www.DOMAIN.com

3. I loved sharing my goals. I asked twelve people to be my Magic Team Members – so they’d get email updates on my progress each week. Ten of the twelve have been active in giving me feedback every week, in encouraging and helping me along the way.

As a result of their being engaged in helping me, they’ve seen how my life has improved as a result of Magic Future. Some have joined Magic Future because they want the positive results in their life too.

4. I have referred dozens of people to Magic Future, and as a result 22 people have signed up for Magic Future themselves. Most are interested in competing in the competition as well, and I welcome the additional motivation to win it all!

Here is a list of those who’ve signed up:

<LIST SHOWN HERE>

In conclusion…

I hope you can see that I’ve shown through my actions that I can be a great spokesperson for Magic Future. I would be honored to be able to serve as an Ambassador for Magic Future – I love it, for it has positively impacted my life.

Thank you for considering me.

Part 2: The Magic Future Achievement Essay – by Jane Doe

Following is a sample “Part 2” essay:

I am THRILLED with the wonderful things Magic Future has helped me achieve during the Magic Future Competition between October 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013. It was an absolutely life-changing experience for which I am eternally grateful! I LOVE MAGIC FUTURE!

I established the following 90-day goals on October 1:

a. Lose 12 lbs.
b. Run a 5k race in less than 25 minutes.
c. Put $1,000 into a savings account.
d. Find a new job that pays more than $40,000

Here are the details of my accomplishing my goals:

a. On October 1, 2013 I weighed 153 lbs. On December 31, 2013 I weighted 138. I lost 15 lbs, three more than my goal.

b. On November 6, 2013 I ran in the Bay Meadows 5K run, and my time was 24 minutes and 12 seconds. I reached my goal. (This was the first time I’d ever run a 5K.)

c. Between October 1 and December 31, 2013, I deposited $1,020 into my savings account. I deposited $340 monthly for three months. I hadn’t been a good saver prior – it had been over two years since I put money into a savings account. Now I’m on the right path again.

d. I was hired by ABC Company on October 18th to be a Customer Service Specialist. My starting salary is $42,000 a year, plus benefits. I left my previous job with XYZ Company that was only paying me $36,500 a year. You can see that Magic Future has already paid for itself hundreds of times over! THANK YOU MAGIC FUTURE!

By writing these goals down, and by having Magic Future Team Members encourage me and hold me accountable, it moved me to greater action. I visited the Magic Future site five days a week to review my goals, and this was an ongoing motivation to me.
I also enjoyed using the mobile app whilst on the go.

I set the following as habits I wanted to create:

a. Get up each day by 7:00am (including weekends)
b. Read at least 15 minutes a day
c. Go to the gym to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, three times a week
d. Eat three complete meals a day
e. Get to work at least 15 minutes a day

Here are the details of my new habits:

a. I arose at no later than 6:55am every day between October 1 and December 31, 2013 except for one day when the power went off during a storm at night, and the alarm didn’t go off. This became a habit that made me feel better about myself, and more productive and in-control too.

b. I read at least 15 minutes a day each and every day during the 90 days. I finished the following books:

1. Moby Dick
2. Harry Potter, book 1
3. Think and Grow Rich
4. Slaying Dragons & Moving Mountains ☺

I hadn’t finished a book in years – now with Magic Future, I finished four books in 90 days. I would not have done this without the help of Magic Future!

c. I went to the gym not only three times a week, but four times a week during the 90 days. I went on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

I hadn’t exercised regularly in over eight years. Now I’m healthier, I have more energy, I look better, and even my husband started going to the gym! Thank you Magic Future!

d. I often skipped meals prior to establishing this as a habit I wanted to create. I knew I’d be able to lose weight and that I’d be healthier if I were to each three balanced meals a day. I did not skip a meal during the entire 90 days, except for on November 19th when I got tied up at work and didn’t take a lunch. But other than that day, I did it real well, and three meals a day is a habit in my life, thanks to Magic Future!

e. I’m supposed to be at work by 8:30am Monday-Friday. I determined I wanted to make a good habit of getting into work 15 minutes early each day, and I did every single work day. In fact, I was never later. This allowed me to get into work, get prepared for the day, and be highly productive. My manager has complimented me on several occasions for being at work early, and for doing a great job. I work with 12 other people, and at least three of them are late to work each day. I want to stand out in a positive way, and Magic Future has helped me to do so. My new job is wonderful, and I have established this new habit which helps me be recognized in my company.

These all became habits, then doing these things over 90 days was almost automatic. It was almost easy.

My Magic Number:

I went through the process of identifying my Magic Number. It was a great exercise, and I’ve determined that my Magic Number is $1,275,909. I have a lot of work to do, but I feel like I’m in control because I now have a number to shoot for.

My Magic Vision:

I had SO MUCH FUN creating my Magic Vision! I have all kinds of photos and captions there, and it’s fun to see it on a daily basis. Here’s a screen shot of my Magic Vision:

Magic Vision

You can see I want to go to Paris, have a 4,000 sf house fully paid for, have a vacation home in Hawaii, own a cool old restored VW van with surfboards, ski in Europe, be healthy at every age, own two all-terrain vehicles, camp and hike two weeks each year, and enjoy creating a great garden.

Summary:

I am delighted with the progress I’ve made, and how the Magic Future program helped me to do it. I have been able to see how I can do hard things, and accomplish what I set my mind to, and this lesson alone made it all worthwhile. My numbers aren’t spectacular – I’m sure other contest entries will be more impressive. But though this started out as my wanting to win the big prize in this competition, I realized along the way I’ve ALREADY WON because my life has become so much better as a result of my competing, as a result of my utilizing Magic Future. I thank everyone at Magic Future for bringing this program to the world. It has already changed my life, and I look forward to using it for years to come.

Thank you for reading my essay, and for considering me as the Magic Future Ambassador.

Part 3: The Magic Future Video

Be sure to review the instructions about what should be in the video. Make sure you include what the judges are looking for.

When you record your video, be well prepared with what you’re going to say. Time yourself so you don’t go over five minutes. You may want to practice, and then record yourself multiple times. It does NOT need to be a professional quality video, but the quality and lighting and sound should be good. Make a good impression in your dress and speech, and with the background in the video.

Taking some time to plan and practice your speech on video will help you to make a good impression with the judges.

Speak from the heart – tell your story. You can be fun, funny, serious, outrageous…whatever you want to be in the video.

We look forward to hearing what you have to say.

Have fun doing the recording.

Some closing words…

The great hockey player Wayne Gretzky said, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” You will NOT win if you don’t take a shot at this. There’s a chance you’ll win by taking a shot and finishing.

It’s very common for a person entering a competition like this to doubt their ability to actually win. Some will say yes to doing the competition, but then talk themselves out of it for whatever reason along the way. You need to know that YES, you CAN win the Magic Future Competition. You have just as good a chance as anyone else in winning.

So congratulations again – you’ve started something by entering the competition and by reading this report on how to win. Now use that courage to choose a goal, build a plan to achieve that goal, form positive habits and envision yourself succeeding! With the right tools and the right plan your life will improve and this will give you momentum to continue on to big success.

One of my favorite quotes is: Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. I hope that this document helps you to prepare your Dream Achiever Competition entry, and that your success with Magic Future provides the perfect opportunity for you to create a winning entry!

To your Magic Future!

Warmly,

Stefan
