What information do we collect?

This information is used for various reasons including: (i) for your personal identification; (ii) to process your user account; (iii) to help us to calculate your Magic Number and; (iv) to enable us to contact you for customer service purposes and to provide you with information which is relevant to the Magic Future® concept and which we feel you will find valuable and interesting.

For quality control and training purposes, we may monitor or record your communications with us. We will keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary for these purposes.


We would like to send you messages by email, SMS, MMS and other forms of mobile communication, but will give you the option not to receive such messages when you register a user account with us. If you nevertheless indicate that you are happy to receive such messages we promise not to bombard you with messages, and will only send you information which we think will be of interest to you. If you decide that you no longer want to receive our messages you can unsubscribe at any time by changing your profile settings on the Website.

We can assure you that we keep your information confidential and do not sell or rent our customers’ personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Who else might use your information

We generally do not share personal data with other persons. However, in order to provide our services, we may provide personal data to our affiliates and to persons which provide services to us (but always in compliance with data protection laws). We will never supply your details to any third party for marketing purposes.

In the event of a proposed or actual merger, sale or other transfer of all or the relevant portion of our assets or business, the personal data may be disclosed to the potential acquirer or successor for due diligence purposes and to complete the transaction.
